Call centre role involving setting up of new accounts for different mobile phones and broadband. That included business calls linking to Blackberry that were not dealt with by the business teams, changes to the mobile phone settings of different phone types including Samsung, Apple, Blackberry, Nokia to name a few. Also involved lost and stolen phones, transferring numbers from one phone to another or one sim card to another through network engineers. Roll outs of changes were planned on a global level with network outages - interlinking and working closely with network teams at the time.
