on board aeroplanes, never stated by air hosts, hostesses, travelling companies or technological issues linking with not being contactable on the mobile phone in the air.

Call centre role involving setting up of new accounts for different mobile phones and broadband. That included business calls linking to Blackberry that were not dealt with by the business teams, changes to the mobile phone settings of different phone types including Samsung, Apple, Blackberry, Nokia to name a few. Also involved lost and stolen phones, transferring numbers from one phone to another or one sim card to another through network engineers. Fault diagnostics done on the customers phone prior to replacement or insurance claims. Setting up of new customer accounts and support

at the time on Sharepoint Portal Server and Sharepoint Team Services on Microsoft platforms. Worked alongside other contractors that were outsourced from the company such as Work Group Technologies. Sharepoint was used as a point of contact for the Human Resources Team globally. Roll outs of changes were planned on a global level with network outages - interlinking and working closely with network teams at the time.

I found out a little more about SQL queries and programming, but am not a computer programmer as I lean more towards intelligence and design skills or writing incorporated with group meetings and decisions made within the role.

The freelance roles I had done were mostly of small projects through past contacts.
